Washing instructions for Kivikis cat bed

Handmade wool felt cat beds are durable and have natural self-cleaning characteristics. They can be easily cleaned by wiping with a clean, dry cloth or soft sponge with water and soap or with a vacuum cleaner.
Beds can be washed inside out in washing machine using hand or wool wash programs, but will need to be re-shaped after washing (we recommend stuffing with newspaper inside a carrier bag to help re-shape and speed up drying).

What is wet felting?
Wet felting is a process used to make wool and other animal fibres into the dense fabric known as felt, using just hot water and soap - one of the most sustainable processes in textiles. There is no spinning, knitting, crocheting or weaving involved. The process uses heat, agitation, and moisture to shrink and bond the fibres of the wool together.

Lovely quality, looks great and cat loves it! Perfect!
